With over 26 years of experience, Jana Ferguson has practiced Labor and Employment law at large law firms, a Fortune 50 publicly traded company, a large private company, and now as the principal attorney at Ferguson Firm, an employment law boutique. This vast experience gives Ms. Ferguson a unique perspective and allows her to provide proactive advice that helps her clients achieve their goals. Ferguson graduated from Southern Methodist University - Dedman School of Law and Ole Miss. Jana loves spending time with her family and friends, cheering on her favorite teams, reading, traveling, and playing mahjong.

Shannon Cameron Carr supports the Firm in the Of Counsel position. A Tulane Law Graduate, Shannon has nearly thirty-years of experience in employment law, immigration law, and general litigation. Shannon, a natural competitor, loves tennis, her family, and entertaining.

Caitlin Ferguson graduated from Belmont University, where she majored in Music Business with a legal emphasis. Following graduation, Caitlin worked in Los Angeles in Live Music Finance. Ms. Ferguson enjoys listening to music, travel, and attending concerts. Cailtin plans to pursue her Master's Degree in International Business at Kings College in London.
